As a 5-Star Licensed Facility, we strive to provide the highest quality education and care to our families and children. Since our founding in 2014, we have earned our 5 Star Rating through the North Carolina Division of Child Development and Early Education (NCCDEE). Our excellent rating is determined from scoring in three unique categories, including program standards, staff education, and quality points.
Our ultimate goal is to ensure that our children are provided a premier education full of engaging and motivating activities in a safe, nurturing environment. At Sharon Academy, we pride ourselves on our small classroom ratios that ensure teachers provide dedicated attention to each child. Our phenomenal focus on a curriculum that meets the needs of each child is another area that sets Sharon Academy apart. Our classrooms are conducive to opportunities for exploration, independent play, and group experiences. At Sharon Academy, the education levels and experience of our staff is of the utmost importance. At least 75% of our lead teachers have a degree in education or related-field plus three or more years experience in the field of education. Each of our directors has their Level III Administrative License. Additionally, our teachers and staff are provided with continuing education and professional development opportunities.
